Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Savvy Boutique purchase, please email email@example.com
Include with the reason for the return or exchange, and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number for your return and issued an online store credit.
All return merchandise must be received by Savvy Boutique within 10 days of issuing an RA number. Items purchased online may be returned for store credit or exchanged in store if accompanied by the original packing receipt.
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.
Please note that shipping cost will not be refunded and customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.
Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise customers will receive an online store credit. Credits will be processed within 5-7 business days of received the return. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when the credit has been issued.
Shoes may be pulled from boutique stock and, therefore, may have been tried on within the store. This might contribute to minor scuffs but they should not be considered worn. Shoes being returned must be in their original box and original condition.
We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges on all intimates (except bralettes), bodysuits, & Jewelry.
Items marked SALE are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or online credit. If a final sale item is sent back without authorization, the item(s) will be returned at the cost of the recipient.

In-Store Return Policy
It is our intention to satisfy all customers. With that in mind, we are happy to return unworn & unused items purchased in-store within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. No returns on sale merchandise, jewelry, bodysuit or intimates. No refunds.
Out-of-Stock Items & Special Ordering
While we attempt to keep our site as current as possible, occasionally items may be out-of-stock. If an item you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you by e-mail or phone. We apologize in advance, and will do our best to fulfill all orders.
